How it works

Come to reception
Bring your ISIC card so we can verify your identity. This prevents duplicate accounts.

Make a reservation
Open the Reservations tab, choose your slots, and submit.

Pick up your key
Collect your key and tokens from reception at your reservation's start time.
Payment is processed at this time; your ISIC card is kept at reception as a deposit.
Rules
Token System
1 Token is 2 hours and each additional token is an extra hour up to 4 tokens and 5 hours.
You have a weekly limit of 4 tokens or 2 reservations.
Reservations
Reservations are held for 15 minutes after start time. Late arrivals result in cancellation and a strike.
Strike System
After receiving 2 strikes a 3 week ban is issued.
Strikes are issued for:
- Failing to collect key within 15 minutes of reservation start
- Returning key late (200 CZK fine)
- Using both washing machines or dryers (200 CZK fine)
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled through the system at most 18 hours before the scheduled time.
